LONDON — Luxury ski and lifestyle brand Perfect Moment on Monday unveiled a menswear capsule inspired by its technical skiwear roots, bringing its alpine perspective to a wardrobe designed for the slopes and beyond.
A technical ski capsule at its core, the range was built with a performance-first approach rooted in the brand’s beginnings. It features technical outerwear, ski trousers, quilted jackets, elevated jumpers and merino- and alpaca-blend knits.

“Perfect Moment was born as a men’s extreme sports brand, worn by the freeride champions of the world, so menswear has always been at the very heart of who we are,” said Jane Gottschalk, the company’s cofounder and creative director.
“Fast forward to today, and we are reintroducing that heritage, including some of our original pieces, back into our world. The collection starts with a truly technical capsule, uncompromising pieces built for performance on the mountain, and from there we have built around it with sharper silhouettes, classic color and technical fabrics that give the collection its own distinct point of view.”

The men’s capsule, retailing from $195 to $1,595, incorporates design details such as bonded seams, waterproof fabrics, seam-sealed zippers and reflective side stripes, as well as mountain-print linings.
Founded in 1984 in the mountains of Chamonix, Perfect Moment is a high-performance, luxury skiwear and lifestyle brand that fuses technical properties with fashion-led design.
In 2012, British-Swiss entrepreneurial couple Gottschalk and her husband Max took ownership of the brand and injected it with a new style focus. Perfect Moment products are available globally online and via key retailers such as Mytheresa, Net-a-porter, Harrods, Selfridges, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus.
The brand last year launched a capsule collection with Swedish fast-fashion giant H&M.
