Megan Stalter is spending the holidays looking for a Marc Jacobs party she cannot quite find.
The Emmy-nominated “Hacks” star fronts the brand’s winter 2026 campaign, “Let It Joy,” which drops her into a downtown New York hotel during a record-breaking snowstorm just days before the holidays. Stalter has an invitation to a party, but the room number, rather inconveniently, is missing.
Her search for the soirée unfolds through a series of increasingly unruly hotel encounters, with The Scene Bag, The Tote Bag and the winter 2026 collection pulled into the plot along the way.

She has plenty of company in the hotel, too. Ashtin Earle, Kai Schreiber, New York Knicks center Andre Drummond, Interview editor in chief and stylist Mel Ottenberg and designer and stylist Miyako Bellizzi all appear throughout “Let It Joy,” giving Marc Jacobs a holiday guest list that stretches from fashion and social media to sports stars.
This kind of story-driven campaign is something that Marc Jacobs has been returning to, especially when it comes to campaigns featuring its bags. In June, “I Love LA” creator and star Rachel Sennott starred in “The Scene,” a scripted summer campaign built around another frantic attempt to make it to a much bigger party — the Met Gala — with the Scene Bag along for the ride. Rowan Blanchard and Jemima Kirke followed in “The Swap” in August, which turned two identical bags leaving a Marc Jacobs show in the wrong hands into another New York City misadventure.

For winter 2026, The Scene Bag returns in new sizes and The Tote Bag gets fresh seasonal colorways. The 72 Spring Street Sneaker leads the footwear assortment alongside the Aspen Winter Boots, while The Puffer, Scene Wallet, small leather goods, accessories and Marc Jacobs Beauty round out the holiday offering.
Stalter, meanwhile, likely didn’t need much convincing to treat a fashion campaign as a comedy sketch. She has spent much of 2026 using high-profile fashion events as a comedic stage, arriving at the Emmys painted gold and dressed as the trophy she was nominated to win after previously recreating Timothée Chalamet’s and Kylie Jenner’s matching orange “Marty Supreme” looks at the Critic Choice Awards with “Hacks” costar Paul Downs.
Last year, the brand took a more traditional route for its winter campaign. Iris Law starred in the “Give Marc, Get Joy” campaign alongside Dara Allen and Stevie Sims, with sequins, metallic finishes, faux fur and holiday gifting at the center.
